Insurance

Any item we send through the post is fully insured, or company has an insurance policy that covers all items we send by post, this insure items over €300. Items under €300 are insured by the postal service. This means that if the item does not reach you, or if the item is damaged then you are not the person to loss.

You can shop knowing your purchase will be save and sound when it is in transit.

Delivery Time

We aim to send your order as soon as we receive them, making delivery time to you only 1- 7 days depending on the postal service you choose. However, time to time items may be out of stock and need to be re-stocked, which takes 2-3 days. We try to maintain our stock levels so that we always have items in stock for both online customers and walk-in store customers alike.

Hand made items such as wedding rings and engagement rings are specially made, so they often take 1-2 weeks to make if we do not have them in stock. All other items are readily available and are ready for shipping. Upon receiving your order will we email you with estimated time of delivery.

Postage

We offer a number of postage options, you can select the postage service that meets your needs best. We have next day delivery for time efficiency, and we have economy postage for cost efficiency, you choose the one that is best for you.

We will send you an email when items are posted so you can then be expecting your items delivery.

Site Security

This site is secured with a GeoTrust 128 SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that when you are entering sensitive information such as credit card details the information is encrypted and the information is passed safely to use. We do not store credit card information on a server, orders are processed and the information is deleted from the server. We do not keep your credit card information or personal information, we keep an invoice of the sale, which store non-sensitive information.

Always check on the bottom right of the status bar for an image, this indicates that you are on using secure connection.

Billing

We do not charge your credit card until the order is ready to be sent, a copy of the invoice will be sent to the billing address, (or with the item if the addresses are the same). All credit card transactions are performed in Euros (€), prices will be converted to your local currency by your Bank with the current exchange rate.

Confirmation of Progress

We will keep you up-to-date all the way through the process. We will email you when ever we receive the order to let you know that we got it, we will email you when the order is being sent. You can then use the postal tracking system, FedEx and An Post tracking, to find out exactly where your order is.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before the order is sent. we will email you a confirmation email when we are handing the order over to the postal service after this point the order will be on route to you. We do not charge your credit card until the order is being sent, so if you have to cancel and an order your credit card will not be charged.

If you need to cancel an order please contact us before the order is sent and provide your order number, name and address. You do not need to give us a reason to why you are cancelling the order, that is your own business.

Returning of Goods

We allow standard stock items to be returned with in 30 days of purchase, with the item new and unused and with original packaging. Items that are woren or used will not be exchanged.

Items that have been specially made, or customised cannot be exchanged. For example a piece of jewellery that has been engraved, or a ring that has been hand made such as a wedding band.

We offer store credit to the value of any items that are returned, see Retuning of Goods

Tax Discount(VAT)

This offer is available only to non EU customers, the EU requires a 21% VAT (Value Added Tax) charge on all items. All prices you see exclude VAT. Customers outside the EU are not required to pay this TAX.

Our prices are already lower that the RRP, so this makes them even more affordable for Non EU customers.

Items not Delivered

If in the unfortunate event that an item does not get delivered to you, don't worry. The items are 100% insured and you will not be out of pocket. We send all items through registered post, so we know if the item reaches you or not. We can contact the postal services to find out what the problem is, and then rectify the problem and get your order delivered to you.
